Ineke has over 35 years of experience in the information technology industry as a business analyst, application programmer/analyst, project leader and team leader. She has developed a variety of solutions for companies across many industries in a broad range of programming languages, from design through to implementation and user training.

Ineke has been involved in the management and design of aviation management software for more than two decades. She believes that the aviation industry is in need of a purpose built system to address the shortcomings of current software. Her extensive experience has ensured the design of AvSys has become one of the most comprehensive purpose built aviation management systems available. Her experience in the aviation industry across a broad cross section of airline operations brings to AvSys a wealth of knowledge of the industry, which is reflected in AvSys' products.

Saskia Barnett

BE (Civil, Hons) / BCom – Commercial Manager

Saskia is a Civil Engineer with previous experience as a project manager, designer and computer modeler. Her broad and specific technical knowledge, hands-on project management experience and problem solving ability have made her a valuable ingredient to AvSys. She successfully manages the development team within AvSys, the design and delivery of customer support and training development, and the communication of issues and opportunities to senior management.
